Dylan Hubble has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dylan co-founded ClimaTech Innovations in 2021 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. In 2022, they joined Sonrai Security as a Software Developer. Prior to this, Dylan worked at J.D. Irving, Limited where they held the position of Business Analyst from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Business Analyst Intern at the same company from 2019 to 2019 and 2018 to 2018. Dylan also gained experience as a Cashier at Halifax Seed Company Inc in 2017.

Dylan Hubble attended the University of New Brunswick from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from J.D. Irving, Limited in August 2019.
