Rokas Bernotas is a Senior Conversion Optimization Manager at Sonova Group since September 2023, previously serving as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager at Condor Flugdienst GmbH from December 2021 to November 2023. Since December 2020, Rokas has also held a position at EnterSite as a specialist in conversion rate optimization and performance marketing. Other notable experiences include co-organizing the CRO Circle, where expertise in experimentation and digital growth is shared, and working as a Search Data Analyst at Appen. Rokas co-founded a sneaker brand Polyforma and contributed to online marketing initiatives at Trade Machines.
