Margot Krivega is a Senior Scientist at SonoThera since April 2023, with a rich background in research and education. Prior to this role, Margot was self-employed as a private tutor teaching Russian language, science, math, and programming from August 2016 to May 2023. Margot's postdoctoral research experience includes work at VSLB, NIDCD, NIH (2012-2014) where significant findings in brain activity related to stuttering were made, and at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) (2009-2012), focusing on gene regulation mechanisms for sickle cell disease treatments. Margot also contributed to vector design and experimental techniques at the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology and developed genetic constructs at the Institute of Gene Biology, RAS. Margot holds a PhD in Biological Sciences/Molecular Genetics from the Institute of Gene Biology and has multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, including first authorship.
