Nicole Durden Sobolewski has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Nicole began their career at the U.S. Department of State as a Kuala Lumpur - Public Affairs Intern, where they managed public diplomacy programs and maintained and redesigned the Embassy's websites. Nicole then joined Pelagique, LLC as a Senior Manager for Digital Media, overseeing media acquisition for ongoing programs and managing a comprehensive computer-based training program for combat casualty care education.

In 2007, Nicole became the Managing Director at the UCLA Center for International Medicine (CIM). Nicole led the CIM team in developing and producing computer-based healthcare worker training programs to improve global health. Their responsibilities included strategic partnerships, grantwriting, fundraising, strategic planning, budgeting, and staff management.

At SonoSim, Inc., Nicole held various positions of increasing responsibility. Nicole served as the Lead Product Specialist, leading a team in developing computer-based ultrasound courses for various market segments. Nicole also served as the Director of Operations, Vice President of Global Operations, and Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Strategic Initiatives. In their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer, they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the company.

Nicole's work experience highlights their expertise in managing operations, developing and producing educational programs, strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership.

Nicole Durden Sobolewski has an academic background in public policy, fundraising, and digital media. Nicole earned their bachelor's degree in digital media from Drexel University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's in Public Policy (MPP) at Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy. In 2007, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they obtained a certificate in fundraising, completing their studies in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole Durden Sobolewski acquired a Leadership Certificate from eCornell in January 2017.
