Leland (Lee) Leachman, a Partner and CEO at Leachman Cattle of Colorado LLC since June 1988, leads a prominent supplier of beef cattle genetics in North America and globally. In addition to this role, Leland serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Sonoran Institute, which focuses on connecting communities with vital natural resources, and as a Non-Executive Board Member for Stabiliser Cattle Company, a key supplier of beef cattle genetics for UK and EU markets. Leland also held the position of Chairman of the Board at iTRAK, focusing on traceability solutions in the food and fibre sector. Leland's academic background includes a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a master's-level study in Animal Genetics from Colorado State University.
