Kevin Groman is an experienced leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director at The Welcome to America Project, Kevin focuses on supporting Arizona refugees. As Co-Founder and General Partner of Sonoran Founders Fund, Kevin promotes underrepresented entrepreneurs in the Sonoran Desert Region. Kevin founded Crown Canyon, an entity targeting underserved opportunities, and holds roles on various boards, including Snuba International and FundMiner. Previous leadership positions include CEO of ECM Energy Services and SVP-General Counsel at RSC Equipment Rental. Kevin earned a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College and a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law.
