Steven Schill, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Project Management at Sonoma Technology, a Spheros Environmental Company, with a tenure beginning in May 2020. Steven's previous roles at the company include Department Manager for Refinery Services and Program Lead for Refinery Monitoring, as well as Air Quality Scientist and Project Manager. Prior to this, Steven was an Instrumentation Engineer at NASA Airborne Science through the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute from March 2017 to May 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing airborne sensor calibration and maintenance for NASA Earth Science missions. Steven's academic background includes a PhD in Atmospheric Chemistry and a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from UC San Diego, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Minor in Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton.
