Ann Yates is a highly experienced educator and instructor specializing in Adapted Physical Education and yoga. Currently serving as an Adapted Physical Education Specialist at Spectrum Schools since August 2016, Ann also holds multiple roles in various yoga and dance capacities across several institutions, including HealthQuest, Synergy Wellness Center, Meadowood Napa Valley, and Napa Valley College. Ann's extensive educational background includes an Adapted Physical Education Teaching Credential and multiple certifications in yoga, alongside degrees in Education, Physical Education, and Liberal Arts. With more than two decades of experience in movement education, Ann Yates is dedicated to promoting physical well-being through specialized and adaptable teaching methods.
