Shelly Franklin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as the CEO and Founder of the Washington State Wine Club, where they played a crucial role in developing the brand and establishing the club as a notable contributor to the Washington wine industry. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of HR - Healthcare Recruiter at HealthForce Partners, where they focused on recruiting healthcare professionals. Shelly then joined Silver Bay Seafoods, LLC in 2013 as a Recruiter and HR Generalist, managing recruitment plans, establishing relationships with job placement agencies, and overseeing various HR functions.
