Narasaiah Gupta has a strong work experience background with over 15 years of experience. Narasaiah started their career at Satyam as a Senior Consultant in 2002 and worked there for three years. Narasaiah then joined Washington Mutual as a Siebel Technical Consultant in 2004, where they stayed for four years. After that, they worked at Indsoft as a Siebel Solution Architect for three years, from 2006 to 2009. Narasaiah then moved to Premera Blue Cross as a Siebel Architect, where they worked for one year. In 2010, they joined Sierra Atlantic as a Technical Architect for a year. Narasaiah joined Mahindra Satyam in 2011 as a Practice Lead and stayed there for two years. Narasaiah then moved to Rythmos in 2013 as a CRM Practice Lead and Client Delivery Manager, where they served for four years. Currently, they are employed with Soniks Consulting as a Senior Delivery Manager, which they joined in 2017. Throughout their career, they have been involved in project delivery, product design, team mentoring, pre-sales, development and support process setup, offshore team management, internal product development, application support and hosting, budget and schedule management, and technical architecture design. Narasaiah has a strong background in Siebel application architecture and integration with other systems.

Narasaiah Gupta obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University from 1993 to 1996. During the same period, they also pursued an MCA (Master in Computer Applications) degree in Computer Science from Osmania University. Additionally, they obtained an MCA degree in Computers from Lalita Degree College and Lalita Degree and PG Center, also completed between 1993 and 1996.

In terms of certifications, Narasaiah Gupta acquired the following certifications from Oracle: Siebel 8.X Core consultant, Siebel EAI Certified, and Siebel Customer Certified. However, the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
