Linken Olsen has extensive experience in solutions engineering, live sound production, and technical support. Currently serving as the North America West Solutions Engineering Manager and previously as the North America Channel Solutions Engineering Manager and Sr. Solutions Engineer at SonicWall since September 2018, Linken has a strong background in network security and account management. As the owner of Neslo Productions since 1999, Linken specializes in live sound mixing and studio recording, with proficiency in various digital and analog consoles, and a long history of using ProTools and outboard gear. Additional roles include Business Development Manager at CORE Business Services, Sales Engineer at Redhawk Network Security, Technician at Apple iPhone Tech, and Project Manager at Constable Audio. Linken holds an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Audio Production from The Art Institutes and has furthered education at Central Oregon Community College.
