Erin Buono is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Beverage Innovation for Earl Enterprises and Virtual Dining Concepts since June 2021. With a longstanding tenure at Sonic Drive-In since April 2012, Erin has progressed through various roles including Product Development Manager and Senior Product Developer, demonstrating expertise in product pipeline management, category strategy development, and cross-sector collaboration. Prior experience includes leadership as Head Chef at Hotel Gemma, where Erin enhanced the menu to incorporate local cuisine, and positions as Sous Chef and Pantry Chef at Doc's Wine and Food and Cosmo Cafe, respectively. Erin began a career in customer service at Walvoil Fluid Power, contributing to significant sales growth in South America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Business from Oklahoma State University and an Associate's degree in Hispanic and Latin American languages from Universitat de Barcelona.
