Ron Bistolfo has over two decades of experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Human Resources and Total Rewards at Sonic Automotive since February 2018. Bistolfo has held various leadership roles within Sonic Automotive, including Corporate Director of Human Resources and Director of Associate Development and Environmental Health and Safety, contributing to the organization since 1999. Prior to this, Bistolfo was the Director of Human Resources at EchoPark Automotive, Inc. from January 2013 to February 2015. Bistolfo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and Marketing from California State University - East Bay.
