James Vineyard has over 20 years of professional experience. James began their career in 1997 as a Technical Support Specialist at Xerox. During their time there, they advanced to become a Technical Support Business Lead and a Support Operations Manager. In 2016, they joined Sonetics as a Customer Service Team Lead.
