Currently serving as Vice President of Loyalty, Cards, Partnerships & CRM at Sonesta Hotels, McCarthy has held senior leadership positions at various prominent organizations, including Gap Inc. as Vice President - Head of Cards, Loyalty, and Payments, Macy's as Vice President - Cards, Loyalty, Gift Cards, Email and CRM, and Marriott International, where McCarthy was Vice President - Member Experience for Marriott Rewards and Vice President - Loyalty & CRM at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Kevin McCarthy holds an MBA in Business from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
