Imran Jilani has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Team Leader for the Card Facilitation Center and Dispute Resolution Unit at Soneri Bank Limited since February 2012. In this role, Imran leads the Master and VISA Chargeback Team, ensuring a 100% turnaround time (TAT) assurance, and oversees the CFC team for ATM claim case follow-ups with other banks. Prior to this position, Imran worked as a Chargeback Analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland from July 2007 to February 2012, where responsibilities included initiating retrieval requests and managing chargebacks for international and local disputes. Imran holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Karachi University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Sir Syed University.
