Todd Walford has a diverse work experience in the electrical distribution industry spanning over 18 years. Todd currently holds the position of President, Ontario at Sonepar Canada since 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Wesco Distribution Canada LP where they served as Region Vice President, Central Canada from 2012 to 2013 and as Director of Operations, Central Canada from 2007 to 2012. Before Wesco, Todd was the Ontario Datacomm Sales Manager at Nedco (Division of Rexel) from 2005 to 2007. Todd started their career at Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. as a Rexel School Corporate Trainer from 2002 to 2005.

Todd Walford attended Orangeville District High School, but the start and end years of their education there are not provided. Todd also obtained certifications in "Simple Manager Tools that Cure the Under-Management Epidemic" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "Effective Motivational Leadership" from LMI Canada Inc. in 2015.
