Arne Skogsbakken has extensive experience in municipal leadership, serving as Rådmann for Sondre Land kommune since October 2015, after a prior tenure in the same role at Gran kommune from September 2007 to September 2015. Additionally, Arne held the position of Kommunalsjef for Sondre Land kommune from August 1985 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management in Endringsledelse from BI Norwegian Business School (2006-2007), training from KS and the Kommunal- og regionaldepartementet (2012-2013), and degrees in Innkjøp, Saksbehandling, administrasjon og ledelse, and Bedriftsøkonom from various institutions, including BI Norwegian Business School and Postskolen.
