Anette Caroline Sand has extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as Fagkonsulent at Sondre Land kommune since December 1997, focusing on subsidies management and guidance in agriculture, as well as property management and related activities. Prior roles include serving as Polekspeditør at Vinmonopolet from November 1996 to September 2003 and as Skogbrukskonsulent at Lunner kommune from February 1995 to November 1997, where responsibilities included the administration of forest and wildlife legislation. Anette holds a degree in Communications Consulting from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and a College degree in Forestry from Gjøvik University College.
