Paulo Souza is a civil engineer with extensive experience in hydrological studies and urban drainage design, currently working at Sondotécnica Engenharia since November 2021. Previous roles include designing social housing projects and infrastructure at the Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura e Obras do Rio de Janeiro, as well as engineering design and project management at Exoteng Engenharia, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure and building projects, safety training, and budgeting. Paulo's career began with internships in engineering and project assistance, with formal education culminating in a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás and ongoing specialization in Urban and Road Drainage at IPOS.
