Penny Hollingsworth has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Penny began their career as a Marketing Intern at Sixthman, where they assisted with onboard activities and handled media communication. Later, they worked as a Front of House Server at Tin Lizzy's Cantina, providing exceptional service and utilizing personal marketing to increase sales. After that, they took on the role of Marketing & Promotions Coordinator at Premier Events Management, where they developed and maintained event marketing campaigns and oversaw the distribution of marketing collateral. Penny then became an Assistant Manager/Server at The Butcher and Bottle, where they handled financial responsibilities, generated sales reports, and resolved customer complaints. Following this, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist/Support Super User at ASM Research, providing support to customers and updating case notes. Penny then joined SonderMind as a Wellness Coordinator, managing high volumes of calls, emails, and chats and exceeding KPI metrics while maintaining client and provider satisfaction. Throughout their career, Penny has consistently demonstrated excellent communication skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

From 2010 to 2016, Penny Hollingsworth attended Kennesaw State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication/Public Relations. Additionally, they were part of the Joel A. Katz Music and Entertainment Business Program during their time at the university.
