Julia Bageski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Julia started their career as a Paralegal in Clayton Utz, specializing in construction and major projects. Julia then moved on to BCI Australia, where they worked as a Business Development Manager, providing market research and project details to businesses in the construction industry.
After that, they joined Programmed Property Services as a State Business Development Manager, where they focused on developing new business opportunities. Next, they worked at Drake International, first as a National Manager for Workforce Analytics and then as a National Solutions Manager for Talent Management and Human Capital Analytics. In these roles, they managed HR services and products and helped clients improve productivity and engagement through data-driven initiatives.
Following their time at Drake International, Julia joined Expert360 as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for revenue growth and account management. Julia later became the Head of Service and Experience, leading the customer experience efforts and bridging the gap between digital and human customer experiences. At Expert360, they also worked as the Talent Operations, Customer Experience, and Community Manager, focusing on improving customer experience, product adoption, and operational excellence.
Currently, Julia is working at Sonder as the Head of Customer Success, where they are responsible for providing personalized support across well-being, safety, and mental health. Sonder is a tech-enabled platform that connects individuals to well-being resources.
Throughout their career, Julia has demonstrated a strong understanding of customer-centric approaches, operational alignment, and leveraging data for decision-making. Julia has received multiple Customer Voice Awards for their outstanding achievements in customer satisfaction.
Julia Bageski attended JDW Business College from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Diploma of Business with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Julia then went on to Griffith University from 2011 to 2014, earning their Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration in Business Management and Marketing. In 2016, they enrolled at AOT and pursued the BSB50613 Diploma of Human Resources Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
Julia furthered their education at the Australian Institute of Management from 2013 to 2014, completing the TAE40110 Cert IV Training & Assessment. Julia continued their professional development by attending the Institute of Project Management from 2017 to 2018, where they became a Certified Project Professional (CPP). Additionally, in 2018, Julia briefly studied at RMIT University, focusing on Customer Experience Strategy & Design.
It is worth mentioning that Julia obtained their Certified Project Professional (CPP) certification in June 2017 from the Institute of Project Management.
