Heidy Bauer has extensive experience in IT services and management, currently serving as the Director de Servicios Datacenter & Cloud Chile at SONDA since October 2012, where leadership in Datacenter and Cloud operations and client satisfaction remain key responsibilities. Prior to SONDA, Heidy held positions such as Gerente Gestión de Servicios Datacenter y CLOUD at Quintec, and Gerente Servicios Data Center y Misión Crítica at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where significant productivity improvements and IT service strategies were implemented. Additional experience includes roles at Electronic Data Systems, including COO EDS-HP Argentina and Gerente de Cuenta for various industries, leading major projects that resulted in operational efficiencies and successful contract renegotiations. Heidy holds an education degree from Universidad Blas Pascal.
