Eduardo Sandoval has extensive experience in leadership roles within SONDA, serving as Gerente General for Costa Rica since January 1996 and having begun their tenure with SONDA Costa Rica in February 1990 in the same position. Eduardo Sandoval holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, earned between 1981 and 1986.
