Hali Avener has a diverse work experience starting as a Business Manager at Advanced Concrete Construction from March 2008 to August 2010. Hali then became the Director of Marketing at Absolute Injury and Pain Physicians from August 2010 to January 2018. After that, they worked as a Hospital & Physician Territory Manager at VITAS Healthcare from February 2018 to August 2019. Hali then joined Amedisys as an Account Executive from September 2019 to October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Operations Director at Sonas Home Health Care, where they lead business development strategy and implementation and manages operations.

Hali Avener started their education in 2009 at the University of North Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing. Hali completed their studies in 2011.
