Ana Luísa Vicente has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Ana Luísa is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Sonae Sierra since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the European Round Table for Industry (ERT) as the Inclusion & Diversity Taskforce Leader from January 2020 until December 2022.

Ana Luísa has also held various roles at SONAE, where they served as the Head of People & Leadership from January 2019 to June 2021, Secretary to the Human Resources Advisory Board from January 2013 to June 2021, Talent Management & Development Lead in 2018, Talent & Leadership Development Manager from 2013 to 2017, and Talent Management Specialist & PMO from 2011 to 2012.

Before joining SONAE, Ana Luísa Vicente worked at LENA CONSTRUÇÕES, SGPS as a Strategic Human Resources Management Technician from August 2008 to June 2010, and as a Strategic Human Resources Management Trainee from March 2008 to July 2008.

Ana Luísa Vicente's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Universidade de Coimbra, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Ana Luísa also completed the General Management Programme at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2015 and the Leading High Impact Learning program at IMD in 2013. In 2019, they participated in the Business Innovation Immersion Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. From 2018 to 2020, Ana Luísa Vicente pursued an Executive MBA at Porto Business School. In 2020, they attended the Management Immersion Programme at IE Business School. Additionally, Ana Luísa Vicente obtained a Trainer certification from IEFP in 2010.
