Julio Casal Novo has extensive experience in the field of IT and Human Resources, currently serving as an SAP HCM Senior Analyst at SONAE ARAUCO since June 2016, providing daily support to various countries including Portugal, Spain, South Africa, and Germany, with a strong understanding of local legal requirements. Julio has been a part of Sonae Industria since October 1996, holding multiple roles including Global IT - HR Support Service and Collaborative & HR Coordinator, as well as serving as a Lotus Notes/Domino Developer, overseeing all development projects in the collaborative area. Julio began a career as a Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator at Novis from October 1996 to April 2000 and holds a degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
