Jakeeta Plumley, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Primis since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Essex Bank from April 2016 to December 2021, and positions at Village Bank, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President, Senior HR Generalist from May 2009 to April 2016. Earlier experience involved assisting the HR Manager at Edelman Financial Services as an HR Assistant from September 2008 to January 2009. Jakeeta Plumley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from Fayetteville State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Resources Management from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
