Rodrigo Barros is the Founder and CEO of PERSONI Seguros, established in January 2013, where expertise encompasses the entire national territory. Under Rodrigo Barros' leadership, PERSONI Seguros partners with leading insurers and benefit managers, offering a wide range of insurance products, including health, automotive, transport, engineering, and diverse business risks, as well as various employee benefits. In addition, Rodrigo Barros holds the position of Commercial Partner at VR Beneficios since June 2017, and has established commercial partnerships with several prominent companies including Argo Group, Seguros Unimed, Amil, Caixa Seguradora, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Sompo Seguros, Tokio Marine Seguradora S/A, and SulAmérica since 2013 and 2014. Rodrigo Barros holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Católica de Brasília, attained between 2002 and 2007.
