Rebecca Nakkonde is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President IFRS 17 Finance Lead at Sompo International since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Acumen Management LTD from October 2021 to January 2024, and a successful tenure at PwC where positions held included Audit Manager and Audit Senior. Earlier experience includes working as an Audit Senior at EY and as an Auditor at KPMG Uganda. Rebecca Nakkonde holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Makerere University and is a qualified ACCA member.
