Melissa Leoniuk currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Sompo International, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Director of Human Resources Consultant at Circana from July 2022 to June 2023. Melissa's experience includes working at HarperCollins Publishers as a People Business Partner for the Corporate and Children's Book Divisions from June 2021 to April 2022, and serving as Director of Human Resources at The NPD Group from November 2015 to May 2021. Earlier career experience includes various roles at MAC Cosmetics, including Human Resources Generalist and Administrator, from October 2006 to January 2015. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland.
