Kent Gandola has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kent started their career in 1986 at Eastman Kodak Company as a Lab Head in Product Development, where they worked until 1998. After that, they co-founded San Diego Magnetics in 1998 and served as VP of Engineering until 2001. Following this, they joined Nanogen, Inc. as the Director of Engineering from 2001 to 2007. Kent then worked at Accumetrics as the Sr. Director of Research & Development from 2007 to 2010. After that, they joined Somark Innovations as the Vice President of R&D and Manufacturing from 2010 to 2014. Lastly, they joined Sommetrics as the Vice President of Engineering & Quality Systems in 2014.
Kent Gandola has a Master of Business Administration degree in New Venture Management from the University of San Diego. Kent also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
