Jan Mylemans has over two decades of experience in logistics and operations management, primarily with Somfy Group since May 2002, where Jan holds the position of Logistics, Operations Manager for Efficiency and Quality in Northern Europe. Jan is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of logistical commitments to customers by establishing clear procedures and empowering teams to exceed Service Level Agreements. Previous roles include IT Projects & Quality Northern Europe, Logistics Manager for the Benelux, UK & Nordic regions, and Quality Manager for Belux. Prior to Somfy Group, Jan worked at Upcall as Quality Manager and at Océ in various managerial roles including Applications Manager and Customer Services Manager. Jan has pursued extensive education and training at institutions such as the University of Antwerp, Vlerick Business School, Somfy Academy, and others.
