Ellen M McNany is an experienced educator currently serving as a Resource Room Teacher at Somerville Public Schools in New Jersey since September 2016, providing specialized instruction in reading and math for 4th and 5th grade students. Additionally, Ellen has been an Adjunct Professor at Saint Peter's University, teaching a graduate course on Curriculum Development for Students with Disabilities. Prior experience includes teaching 3rd grade at Our Lady of Czestochowa School, where curriculum planning and implementation were key responsibilities. Ellen also worked as an English Teaching Assistant in Korea, teaching English and American culture to elementary students, and as a Pre-K Teacher's Assistant at Rainbow Academy. Ellen holds a Master of Arts in Special Education, Literacy from Saint Peter's University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Scranton.
