Jennifer Duvalier is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in governance and human resources. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director for multiple organizations including Somerset House Trust, Trainline, NCC Group, Cranemere, and Mitie, as well as a Council Member at the Royal College of Art, Jennifer has a robust track record in strategic roles. Notably, during their tenure as Executive Vice President, People at ARM Holdings, Jennifer was responsible for global people and communications strategies. Additionally, Jennifer held senior HR leadership positions at UBM plc and Emap plc, focusing on HR strategy and executive development. Jennifer holds an MSc (Hons) in English and French from the University of Oxford.
