Jason Lezcano, CPE, ENP, currently serves as the Director of Communications for Somerset County, NJ, since September 2023, overseeing the operation of the Somerset County 911 Communications Center and staff development. With extensive experience in emergency communications, Lezcano previously held multiple roles within Morris County Government from July 2010 to May 2024, including Assistant Training Manager, Operations/Training Manager, Education/Training Coordinator, 911 Operations Coordinator, Senior Public Safety Telecommunicator, and Public Safety Telecommunicator. Lezcano's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, and an Associate of Arts in the Foundation of Business, all from the University of Phoenix.
