Dianne Francel C. Bautista serves as the President of the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey, Somerset County Subchapter, since May 2022. Dianne is also the Nursing Program Coordinator for Somerset County and holds the position of Chairwoman on the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women, focusing on addressing women's needs in the county. Additional roles include Founder and Chair of RARITAN TOGETHER and Mobile Transfusion Nurse at Advanced PICC Specialists, Inc. A former Federal Analyst Consultant, Dianne has a comprehensive background in nursing and healthcare administration, with key achievements in enhancing care standards and operational efficiencies. Dianne's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Walden University and multiple advanced degrees in Health Services Management and Public Health from Rutgers institutions.
