Cllr Connor Payne has served as County Councillor and Opposition Spokesman for Somerset County Council since May 2022. Prior to this role, Connor Payne was a Constituency Organiser for Somerset Conservatives, overseeing fundraising initiatives that raised over £1,000 during COVID through virtual pub quizzes. Earlier experience includes working as a Residential Negotiator at Greenslade Taylor Hunt from July 2019 to March 2020. Connor Payne is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Politics at the University of the West of England, following an A Level education in Politics, History, and English at Richard Huish College.
