Nick Clayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, coaching, and strategic advisory roles. As a Co-Founder at Clayton Walsh Partners since November 2023, Nick focuses on guiding emerging B2B technology and service providers in growth strategies. Nick also founded NGC Associates in July 2021, providing coaching services to enhance leadership capabilities. In February 2023, Nick took on the role of Coach and Facilitator at Somersault Innovation, applying design thinking to improve sales processes. Additionally, as a Strategic Advisor for the Lifespan Research Foundation since May 2022, Nick supports initiatives aimed at improving quality of life. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Sales and Senior Director at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, and Senior Vice President of Sales at The Forum Corporation. Nick holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and has pursued executive education at Harvard Business School in Strategy Design and Execution.
