Alan Schmitt possesses a diverse professional background featuring extensive experience in both culinary and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Buyer/Planner at Somero Enterprises since May 2015, Alan also operates Bootjack's Northern Belle Gardens as its owner since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Line Cook at amical from September 2006 to April 2015. Alan's educational foundation includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Great Lakes Culinary Institute and a Bachelor of Science in History from Lake Superior State University.
