Laura Yu serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at SOLX since March 2024. Previously, Yu held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Crane Service, Inc. from November 2023 to July 2024 and took a career break from October 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Manitex International from May 2018 to October 2020 included roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where financial strategies and control systems were developed. Additional experience encompasses roles at Tenneco, including Vice President and Corporate Controller, and Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Consolidations at Filtran LLC, among others. Yu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
