Valentina Deeva is an experienced supply chain professional with over 19 years of expertise in various roles across leading multinational companies. Currently serving as Regional Demand Manager for the EMEA region at Bayer since June 2017, Valentina has also held positions such as Customer Supply Chain Manager and S&OP Manager within the same organization. Prior to Bayer, Valentina worked at GSK as a Warehousing & Distribution Expert focusing on ERP implementation for a brief period in early 2017. Valentina's earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager for the Middle East region at Novartis Consumer Health and various roles at Procter & Gamble, including S&OP Leader for Global Export Markets and Demand Planning Manager for Eastern Europe. Valentina holds a Master’s Degree in Geology from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
