Alison Gerhardt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alison most recently worked at Solvias as the Head of the Microbiology laboratory, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Laboratory at Confarma from February 2021. From September 2017 to September 2020, they held the role of Production Manager at SOCOPA Viandes. Alison also gained experience as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Yourbarfactory from January 2020 to April 2020. Additionally, Alison worked as an R&D Intern at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique in April 2017.
Alison Gerhardt received their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Alimentation, agriculture, environnement et développement rural from ISARA Lyon in the years 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their DUT génie biologique option industries alimentaires et biologiques in Agro-alimentaire at IUT Louis Pasteur de Schiltigheim from 2015 to 2017.
