Per Gustafsson is an experienced project leader with a focus on urban development and construction. Currently serving as Projektledare at Sölvesborgs kommun since March 2023, Per specializes in project management within land and exploitation areas. Prior experience includes project leadership roles at Svensk Husproduktion and Mörbylånga kommun, where responsibilities encompassed multi-family residential construction and infrastructure expansion, respectively. Per has also held positions as Platschef at NCC and delägare at Stall Brännorna, the latter achieving notable success in equestrian competitions. As an entrepreneur from 1993 to 2016, Per managed various building projects and held the role of Styrelseordförande at Avelsföreningen Svensk Ridponny, overseeing breeding development and collaborations in Europe. Education includes attendance at Yrkeshögskolan Syd from 2015 to 2017.
