Rekha Bhaskaran is an experienced QA professional currently serving as QA Manager and SDET II Team Lead at Solveda since March 2022, where Rekha delivered the BDD Automation pipeline and optimized customer experience across multiple projects. Prior to this role, Rekha held the position of Senior QA Engineer at Anthology Inc from January 2019 to March 2022, focusing on web client UI automation, test case design, and security testing. Previously, Rekha worked as a Senior Product Engineer at HARMAN Connected Services from March 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included designing test cases and executing automation scripts. Rekha began the career as a Systems Engineer Trainee at Infosys in early 2010, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Acharya Institute of Technology. Currently, Rekha is pursuing an MBA Executive with a specialization in Business Analytics from NMIMS CDOE, expected to complete in September 2023.
