Mia Andrews is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Solvd, Inc. since October 2024, Mia previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at both EastBanc and EastBanc Technologies from February 2022 to October 2024. Prior roles include Global Human Resources positions at Clearwater Analytics and DXC Technology, as well as Global Human Resources Director at CSC. With a career beginning as a Human Resources Consultant at KPMG, Mia has also worked as a Strategy Consultant at IBM. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development and a minor in Art History from The George Washington University, alongside studies at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
