Shikha Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and business development. Shikha started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Siddhi Infonet India Pvt. Ltd. in 2018. Afterwards, they worked as an HR Executive (IT Recruiter) at Honchi Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they gained experience in hiring and database management. Shikha then joined Soluzione IT Services as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for approaching clients and completing sales cycles. In 2021, Shikha worked as an HR Manager & Trainer at Srajan Welfare Society, where they managed operational works, handled social media platforms, and provided training to interns among other responsibilities. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Manager at Agnito Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since November 2021.

Shikha Sharma completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in HR/finance from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology in Bhopal from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Technocrats Institute of Technology in Bhopal from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Shikha has acquired various certifications such as Content Marketing, Digital Analytics, Google Analytics for Beginners, Mobile App Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media Marketing from institutions like Amity Future Academy and Google analytics in April 2020.
