Richard Kulibert Jr. has over 15 years of experience in technology education, currently serving as a Technology Teacher at Solvay School District since September 2007, where instruction spans grades K, 1, and 4-12, covering Technology Education, Computer Science Education, and Design & Drawing for Production. Previously, Richard held a position as a Technology Teacher at Fulton City School District for one academic year, teaching Grade 8 Introduction to Technology Education and advising the Newspaper Club. Richard's background also includes experience as a Web Designer at dot publishing, responsible for designing web pages and managing website content from June 2002 to June 2004. Richard holds a Master of Education in Technology Education from PennWest California and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
