Palak Patel began their work experience in 2016 as a Developer at Panther Studio Private Limited. Palak worked in this role from June 2016 to May 2017. Following this, they worked as a Lecturer at The H.B.Kapadia Group from June 2017 to June 2018. Since 2018, Palak has been working as a QA Engineer at Solvative.

Palak Patel completed a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from S.P.B. Patel Engineering College (Saffrony) in Linch, Maheshana from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Palak Patel obtained a degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Engineering from Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering in Vahelal from 2010 to 2015. Along with their education, Palak Patel has obtained various certifications and achievements including "Automation Testing using Selenium & Katalon Studio" from Udemy in January 2022, "Zephyr Scale Manual Test Engineer" from SmartBear in November 2021, obtaining the first prize in Project Demonstration at Ganpat University in March 2017, securing the second prize in Project Demonstration at Saffrony Institute of Technology in February 2017, and participating in the GTU Summer Camp 2016 on HARDWARE (Arduino, Raspberry PI, MSP 430 Launchpad) organized by Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad.
