April Gillam has worked in various professional roles since 2007. Her most recent position is Head of Industry Relations at Solv., a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were COO of Urgent Care for Kids from 2013-2021, where they oversaw company operations and developed strategic plans to enhance efficiency across all markets. April also held the role of Vice President of Marketing & Customer Service, where they managed all local marketing directors and coordinated corporate marketing affairs. From 2017-2021, they were an Operations and Implementation Consultant for Children's Urgent Care, where they acted as a strategic partner and consultant for all operations and new clinic implementations. From 2012-2013, they were Office and Marketing Manager at The Costume Closet. From 2007-2012, they were Department Manager and Sales at Nordstrom, where they managed sales, customer relations, client retention, merchandising, and growth of a men's and then women's apparel department.
